Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Word 2016. I have a student license with Microsoft 365 (I’m not sure if this detail matters) and I’m using Word online with shared files on OneDrive with other people. For some time now, after opening a file, I can work on it for a few minutes and then 'bam' it closes by itself, sometimes even while I’m typing. I really don’t know where the problem comes from.
If anyone has a solution to propose, I would appreciate it.

Hello,
The easiest thing is to ask Microsoft at 01 85 14 81 59 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, also see this page.
