The font changes automatically in Word.

Hello everyone.
I've had a little problem for a while with Word. When I write, for example with the Calibri font, suddenly the font changes to Helvetica. This results in paragraphs with two different fonts.
And when I highlight my paragraph to change everything to Calibri, nothing happens. The mix remains.
Yet my default font is indeed Calibri.

Has anyone experienced this problem or has any ideas?

    I had the same problem.
    For my part, it was resolved by resetting the fonts through the "Font Book" application.

    After closing all other applications, I opened this application. I went to "File," then "Restore Standard Fonts...".
    I haven't had any problems since.

      I feel like I've had this problem since I upgraded to macOS High Sierra. Did you make the same update to your operating system?

      Yes, it seems to me that it happened at that time.
      But for my part, updating Word resolved this issue.

      Hello, I have the same problem and I can't update Word as it isn't working. HELP, does anyone have a solution????????

    I have the same problem. My font changes from Times to Helvetica, and it's impossible to go back to the previous font by selecting the affected text. Each time I have to delete and retype it.

        Hello,

        I don't have the answer regarding the Antho-02 issue, however instead of deleting and rewriting everything, you can search (CTRL+F) by font type and replace it with the one of your choice.

    Where does this version of Word come from? From a torrent? Or an MSDN version?
