Hello
I can't see the link for "show original" for an email
I saw to right-click on the "action" tab but there is no "show original"
What should I do?

    Right-click on the email line in the list for the concerned email:

      here is what I get when I right-click on an email
      it has nothing to do with your window which indeed has "show original"
      how is that possible?

        (I deleted message 3 which was a duplicate of your reply)

        I don't have the same interface as you (no action tab). It might be an operating system issue. Here's a check to do:

        Go to the Preferences tab.
        General tab then Connection Options.
        If not done, check Advanced (Ajax) then save.
        Finally close Zimbra and restart it.

        It is also possible that you are offered to use Advanced Ajax in the startup window (if it doesn't go too fast)
