Hello,
There was already a forum in 2016 about the same server message issue (see the title). The forum was closed, but with an unsatisfactory response.
I will therefore reopen this question and subsequently provide the very simple solution in the context of 2019, Windows 10 x64.

I had this problem that I circumvented by restarting the PC.
Today I believe I have solved it permanently:
In my case, the icon of the affected partition on our company's server automatically turned into a small golden CD disc. It was an icon from a software called "Power ISO," a trial version I installed two months ago.
I uninstalled this software from my system. The trial period had expired anyway.
The server changed the icon and became accessible immediately.
