I am reaching out to you because my experience with computers is limited.
My son posted an advertisement on Le Bon Coin a few days ago, and since then I have been unable to remove his email address from this site in order to post an advertisement myself.
What should I do to resolve this issue?

You need to scroll down to the bottom and you will find "modify my email address".
Then, enter your email address and confirm it. You must enter your account password to confirm your identity as the rightful owner of the account.
