Hello,

It's been a while since I've had the story option on my Messenger account, and I also don't see the online friends bar at the top.
When someone else connects to their Messenger app on iPhone, they can see the stories and the bar. I don't understand; it must be an issue with my account, but I can't figure out where, and it's really bothering me.
Can someone please help me?
I also no longer see people typing in the conversation, and sometimes when someone is online, it says "active 1 min ago" instead of "active."

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Messenger installed on your phone?

      Good evening, yes I have the latest version of the application, namely 213.0.

        Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if the problem persists.

      It’s done. But as I was saying, when I connect another account that isn’t mine, it works... it must be something with my account, but I don’t see where...

        Same story absent from my profile. But it works if I use another account.
        I had to delete it 1 or 2 years ago because it was useless. But now that I want to put it back
        it's impossible to find out how to reactivate it.
