Story deleted on Facebook but still on Messenger

Hello,

my young son posted a story (photo of his brother) on Messenger.
I deleted it from Facebook, but it still remains visible on Messenger and I don't know how to delete it...

Can you help me?

    Hello

    That's strange, it shouldn't be the case... 

     In the Messenger Discussions section, tap on your story at the top of the screen.
    Tap on the bottom right.
    Tap Delete.


    If that doesn't work, try logging out and back into Messenger to see if that changes anything.

      There is nothing to delete the story on Messenger. I can only add elements to this existing story.

        I logged out of Facebook but I can't see where to log out of Messenger.

        Facebook -> Settings and Privacy
        -> Settings
        -> Passwords and Security
        -> Where You're Logged In (See all)
        -> 3 small dots
        -> Log out of Messenger connections
