Hello,
in my contact list, I deleted some contacts with outdated addresses. I then created several lists where they appear but with their new addresses, so far so good.
When I want to send a message, I choose a list like "friends," and then the old outdated addresses that had been deleted reappear along with the new ones. It's impossible to get out of this confusion.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
You can delete the obsolete addresses by hovering your mouse over these addresses, and then clicking on the cross to erase them.

Hello and thank you for the reply.
What I meant to say is that I don't understand how permanently deleted addresses end up on a list that I've composed myself. By what "configuration" do they appear in this new list I created myself, even though I have permanently deleted them?
Maybe I’m not being clear.
Example of my contacts: a-z-e-r-t-y- etc......
I delete a and r who have changed their address, I re-enter them with their new address - so far, so good
I check all my contacts, everything is fine
I organize a list "friends" with a and r - everything is good too
I send a message, and for that I choose the "friends" list; the list appears and for a and r I see 2 addresses: the deleted one and the correct address.
I try again and it’s the same thing every time. I don’t understand this malfunction.
Why?
Thank you for your response.

It must be the automatic contact suggestion. Even if an email address is not saved in your contacts or has been deleted, it may be suggested when you enter the name or address of a person. This suggestion is implemented if you have already exchanged emails to the given email address. To remove the suggestion, simply follow the steps as previously indicated.
Hello,
thank you for your response.
I understand that in fact there's no point in removing obsolete addresses since they can be found again.
These suggestions are, in my opinion, inappropriate and do not serve the user.
But I will note nonetheless a satisfactory response.
Thank you for your availability and your promptness in addressing the matter.
Best regards.
