Hello everyone, I placed an order on the showroomprive website and I have not received my order. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a sworn statement as well as a copy of my ID. I sent the requested documents, and since that day, no response... I have sent about ten emails... and customer service does not respond... it's unacceptable!!! Apparently, this kind of practice is common with them... what can we do to get a refund? Thank you in advance for your responses.

You will have to wait anyway, your problem can only be resolved by Showroomprivé. You can also watch this video from France 2 that is on this page, and you can also ask for help from the consumer mediator.
