Hello everyone, I placed an order on the showroomprive website and I have not received my order. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a sworn statement as well as a copy of my ID. I sent the requested documents, and since that day, no response... I have sent about ten emails... and customer service does not respond... it's unacceptable!!! Apparently, this kind of practice is common with them... what can we do to get a refund? Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Contact the certified CCM representative from Showroomprivé directly, go to this page, click on contact and don’t forget to provide your order number.

      You will have to wait anyway, your problem can only be resolved by Showroomprivé. You can also watch this video from France 2 that is on this page, and you can also ask for help from the consumer mediator.
      Good luck with your steps.
