A NO REPLY email is like a receptionist who doesn't answer the phone!
Imagine I wrote to you that you are an idiot and you could only respond via no reply, so without a resolution... you would be furious or yourself an idiot!
Forget it.
Here’s an example of a response:

Exchange? Domino? Other?
Either your mail system allows you to configure rules.... or you will have to find (or code) a software that will handle this processing.
