Hello,
There's no need to create it......
You just need to put it in the "from" field of the sent emails.... (when you send an email using programming language)
And if it's to be used from a messaging software.. well.. you'll need to create it like any other email address....

Do you know how to configure the support email address? That is, if someone sends an email to support@mydomain.com, the system automatically generates a ticket number and sends a confirmation email to the sender to let them know that our technical support has received their request and is processing it.

Here’s an example of a response:

Dear customer,

This is an automatically generated confirmation of receipt.

We have received your message and assigned it to the relevant department. They will take care of your request as soon as possible. Please be patient until then.

Note: To ensure we can accurately categorize all correspondence related to this request, please use the same sender address and the subject with the following identification for all emails regarding this request:

Ticket No. [AGS-#865]

Otherwise, our system may not correctly assign your responses, which could lead to a delay in processing your request.

Note: In the meantime, we recommend our FAQ (https://faq.mydomain.com). You will find some useful questions and answers there.

I am not the mail administrator.....
And then.. it all depends on how your mail is managed....
Exchange? Domino? Other?
Either your mail system allows you to configure rules.... or you will have to find (or code) a software that will handle this processing.
