Hello,
I was using WD Smartware Pro, which allowed me to automatically back up all my new files as well as modifications to existing files as soon as I connected my external hard drive. This allowed me to have a copy of all my data in case my computer died. I could also plug my external hard drive into another computer to easily access my files.
Problem: WD Smartware Pro is no longer functional, the developers have discontinued it, and I am therefore looking for a program that does the same thing. I tried Acronis, but apart from the fact that I may not be using it correctly, it does not back up in real-time and creates complicated access to my data on my hard drive.
Could you recommend a program that works like WD Smartware Pro used to? Thanks in advance!
