My JBL Flip 3 won't turn on.

Hello,

My JBL Flip 3 won't turn on after I pressed the power button and the volume up button. After that, it turned off and now it won't turn on. When I change it, it lights up but won't connect, and when I unplug it, it turns off. Please, can you help me turn it on?

Hi, connect the JBL Flip 3 to the charger, then simultaneously press the + and Bluetooth buttons on the connected speaker until the Bluetooth indicator lights up. Then disconnect and try pressing the power button. If it doesn't work, repeat the operation up to 5 times maximum.

I have exactly the same problem and no, it's not the battery; when it was plugged in, it showed the battery was full, but when we unplugged it from the socket, it won't turn on anymore!
