Fraudulent Calls from Algeria

Hello,
I am with Free. For 3 months, I have been receiving fraudulent calls from Algeria +213. The numbers are ALWAYS DIFFERENT, with about 2 calls a day! So blocking them is useless since the number is different every time and every day.
I called Free where they told me: "I block calls coming from abroad." The person didn't seem very convinced and for good reason, the next day I started getting calls from Algeria again. Each time a different number, so I spend my time blocking but it doesn’t help, two calls a day.
I called Free again and this time they told me it's impossible to block calls from abroad, so I said I would change my phone number and it costs me five euros but I thought I would be safe.
I was safe for a month and then it started again: two calls this evening from 2 different numbers.
So I will have to change operators and honestly, it’s frustrating. To deal with more problems with other operators...

Response, albeit delayed, but it may be of interest to quite a few people.
At Free Mobile, it is entirely possible to block numbers by prefix. This is a free service.
You need to go to the management interface (not on your smartphone!):
Manage my account > My services > Incoming communication filtering.
To block calls from Algeria, you indicate the number 00213*
The only question left is whether other operators offer similar services!
