Hello, I have a huge connection problem at home.
The internet works in the house but not on my PC at all; I have a yellow triangle, and when I right-click to troubleshoot, it tells me a necessary feature for this connection is disabled.
When I check detailed information, it says to enable Teredo.
The administrator of your computer has disabled Teredo locally.
Right there, it says "Terado" and above it, "Teredo," with an "e." I don't understand anything; it's been like this since last night, it was working perfectly before.
Yet the internet is working at my place, it must be coming from the PC.
I am using Ethernet on Windows 7.
I take care of the PC; I always do the updates, so it's clean.
I am completely lost; I need help.
Clearly, I'm confused.
There's another strange thing: my PS4 has nothing to do with my PC, and when I plug the Ethernet cable into the PS4, from the powerline adapter to the PS4, as I have always done, it doesn't work either; I have no internet on the PS4. It's weird; I don't understand, it has always worked before.
I want to specify that I haven't changed anything; I even tried changing the Ethernet cable, and it continues. So I don't know what to do; I can't do anything anymore.
Please help me.

hi

turn off all your devices normally (PC and PS4)

unplug your box "electrically" for 10 seconds

plug your box back in and wait for all the lights to be "green"

restart your PC and see what happens

It's all good, I solved the problem. I unplugged the box and removed a power strip that didn't need to be there, and it's working perfectly now :)
