Hello, I would like to have an opinion on my cover letter. Thank you in advance for the time you will grant me.
Here is my cover letter:
Subject: Application for a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Currently a first-year student in a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences with a focus on Social Sciences at the University of Paris, I wish to join your Paul Valéry University in Educational Sciences to bring my professional project to fruition.
Attracted by the many professions and opportunities that the social field offers, I oriented myself towards a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences with a focus on Social Sciences but gradually realized throughout this year that the Social Sciences focus did not suit me. However, this year has not been a waste.
Indeed, eager to become a career counselor, this Social Sciences focus has allowed me to confront and adapt to higher education and to mature. I have acquired a work methodology and I have understood what motivation is for studying: this entire self-reflection has made me more capable of starting studies in education.
Sensitive to social issues in education and wanting to engage in a profession with a human dimension, I wish to continue my studies at your university.
Diligent, dynamic, and motivated, I am aware of the efforts required in education studies.
