Hello, since last Sunday I haven't had any signal, when I "flip through" the channel names display correctly but I receive the message "no signal."
I have checked all the connections and the satellite dish hasn't moved.
It must be coming from somewhere, right?
I would like to check if the reception signal is good but I can't find the function to do so.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

I don't think so because I made a mark and it is still in the same place.
I would still like to check if the reception signal is still good, but I don't know how to go about it; the menu is so complicated!!!

Hello,
Try the 'info' button on the remote
"To display the information banner, press the INFO button. The zapping banner also informs about the next program and its schedule, the existence of subtitles and teletext on the current channel, the sound mode, and the availability of digital sound. The information banner can toggle between extended mode and signal by pressing the RED button (extended) and GREEN button (signal). In extended mode, a brief summary (if available) of the current program may be displayed. In signal mode, the information displayed is technical in nature: repeater settings, audio and video PID of the current channel, signal strength and quality. "
So info button + green button

Thank you very much, I looked but I’m troubled because my dish was set between 2 satellites, namely Hotbird 13 and Astra, but with my current decoder, I have to choose one or possibly several.
I tested both but the signal isn’t great, I will wait for my son to come over to help me adjust it, I think it would be better to position it on Astra.
Have a good end of the day.

You say:
"my satellite dish had been adjusted between 2 satellites, namely Hotbird 13 and Astra"
You must mean that it has a dual head?
If you want to receive TNT SAT, you MUST point it to Astra
For the orientation of the satellite dish, use this website:
https://www.dishpointer.com/
-Enter your full address on the left
-Select 19.2° East (Astra) from the list on the right
-Click on “Search!” next to your address,
-Zoom in on the map with the + button to clearly locate your house
-Position the target where your dish is and use a landmark (tree, house) for orientation, first in direction then in elevation.
At the bottom right of the map, you have the elevation, azimuth, and rotation direction in degrees of the head in its clamp (polarization adjustment); the last line “LNB Skew” is very important.
Also, use the signal strength bars on the decoder by communicating with someone in front of the screen by phone to fine-tune the adjustment, which should ideally be done with a satellite pointer.

Yes, I indeed have a dual LNB but I'm not sure which satellite the dish is programmed for because my sons were the ones who set it up. However, I know that I was receiving channels from different satellites, including the two mentioned in my previous message.
I will patiently wait for one of my sons to come by to sort all this out.
Have a good evening and thank you very much.

Hello everyone, I was right to wait for the decoder, as the wind died down and there was beautiful sunshine. I checked, and all my channels came back by themselves; it was indeed due to the bad weather, as I had initially suspected.
I’m keeping all your information on hand, you never know, I might need it one day.
Thanks again for your kindness.
Have a good afternoon.
