Key storage via decoder strong

Hello,
When I record a TV program on the Strong decoder to a USB key, there is no problem playing it back on the same decoder.
However, if I want to download the programs from the key to a PC or to the DVD’s hard drive, the files split into 3 or even 4 files. The first is readable, the second and third are silent, the fourth sometimes works.
Is it a problem with the formatting of my key or with the decoder’s configuration, the PC... etc.
