My phone is running operations by itself, help!!

My phone is a Sony Xperia xz

. During the evening I used it as a flashlight and when I wanted to use it again it started opening all sorts of apps, as a reflex I removed the SIM card but when you do that on this phone it restarts, and when the page to do my pattern appeared my phone started going all over the place, it was dialing emergency numbers, etc. At different times I tried to do it and it did the same thing.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes and I don't know what to do, I don't know if I've been hacked or something, it's really stressing me out, please help!!
(For your information, I'm quite young)

    Hello Val_9456,

    I think you need to factory reset your phone since you can't make any movement.

      Thank you again for this information, but even this morning I can't get the device to boot; I've tried restarting it, turning it off and on multiple times, and it keeps doing the same thing.

      As a result, I can't access the settings to factory reset my phone.

      You misunderstood, it's not that I forgot my diagram, it's just that my phone acts on its own (calling emergency numbers, creating false diagrams) and doesn't give me time to do anything.
