Hello, I’m coming to you to ask for help.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S9, but it doesn’t turn off while charging. It stays in standby with the screen on.. otherwise I have to press the side button to turn it off.
Do you have a solution. Thanks in advance ????

Hello, I remember seeing in the settings of my S7 an option that would keep it on while charging. (This may also be the screen-off timeout set to unlimited)

I found it just now: in mine, it’s in Settings -> Developer options -> Active while charging. By default, developer options aren’t accessible, and to enable them you have to go all the way down in Settings to About phone -> Software info and tap the Build number five times, telling you it’s now visible.

Pssst! Once you’ve fixed your little issues, don’t go wandering in the menu!
