My calls appear as unknown.

Hello, when I receive calls they show up as unknown. My friends have tried calling other people in front of me and the name shows up, but whenever they call me, the number or name doesn't show up and it says unknown for all my calls. I don't have an iPhone but an Android, so if someone could help me please.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 72.0.3626.105

    Good evening Oceee,

    On your operator's Client Space, you need to activate the "Caller ID" option.
    Otherwise, call the operator directly so they can activate it for you.
