Hello,
my Blaupunkt B40PW133 TV turns on and off, it needs a software update but I called customer service and they told me they don't know where I can download it.
I haven't seen anything on their website.
Does anyone have a solution?

Not sure on and before:
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "restore to factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Hello, it hasn’t worked, the TV keeps turning on and off. I think I need to download the software update but I can’t find it. (In the brochure, they say it’s available on their website but I can’t find it even after calling customer service - if your device is out of warranty, they won’t do anything for you!!!)
