Good evening,
Step 6 is the authentication step.
If your Freebox has already been connected, the issue is on the DSLAM side. The situation may return to normal when the malfunction is repaired.
If the Freebox is new and has never been connected, there may be a problem with it.
You can't do anything anyway. So if the situation doesn't return to normal quickly, call Free at 3244. Have your hotline credentials ready. They are available on portail.free.fr (subscriber area => my assistance => get my hotline access codes)
And also bring a little patience ...
