Freebox server not connected to the internet!!

Hello,
my Freebox is stuck on step 3 and it says to check if the Freebox server is properly connected to the Internet! If I unplug it for a while and then plug it back in, it works for 10 minutes and then it cuts off. If anyone has a solution, thank youuuuu!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
