My ACER ES1-711 touchpad is not working anymore.

Other solutions to test:

Device Manager
Touchpad then go to Properties (right click)
Driver tab -> Roll back to a previous version.

When you turn on your PC, tap F2 or another key to access your BIOS.
Go to MAIN
Check if your Touchpad is not set to "ADVANCED"
In this case, change it to "BASIC" mode
Press F10 and then press ENTER to save the changes
Restart the PC. (1 or 2 times)

fn+f7 to activate the touchpad.

Hello,

It's not a good idea to use Driver Booster.
As you can see, it creates chaos on your PC.

Possible solutions:

1- Open Driver Booster.
Go to → Update
Locate your Touchpad driver
Go to → Details
Click on → Rollback.

Example with a network card driver:


Other drivers in the list may also be the cause.
Do the same operation → Rollback.

2- System Restore.
By default, if you haven’t changed the settings in Driver Booster, it automatically creates a restore point before installing a driver.
