I just bought a supposedly "simple" cell phone... but I can't change the ringtone or stop the key beep.
Can you please help me?

      In principle, to adjust the volume of a ringtone, press the large square or round central button at the top of the keypad to access the menus. Using the directional ring button around the first large button, go to settings. A click to the left goes left, a click to the right goes right, and the same principle applies for scrolling down or up. Then choose sound settings, and adjust the volume; you have ringtones for calls, messages, alarms & calendar. Press the button at the top left shaped like a line to select the ringtone you want to adjust and use the ring button surrounding the central menu button by pressing up or down depending on whether you want to decrease or increase the sound.
