Hello,
I have a problem again with my Canon Pixma TS5055 printer. Indeed, when I print documents (PDF, Word, etc...), the printer replaces all the words with squares that say EO2D or EO37 or EO47, etc... everywhere, except for images that print fine.
I printed a test page from Windows, and it worked; the text wasn't erased. I know that this problem occurred once before, and I had to change the ink cartridges (I had also performed simple and complete maintenance several times) for it to work again. However, the cartridges are sufficiently filled this time.
What can I do?

Hello,
Start by updating/reinstalling the drivers. Otherwise, try the suggestions described here: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-35474740-imprimante-hp-refuse-d-imprimer-une-police

Strange phenomenon, I noticed when downloading the file that wasn't working (it comes from a website that links to the document) that once downloaded, the document no longer had those squares. Furthermore, I was told that this problem was more likely due to encoding and that the rectangles with the letters inside correspond to the letter codes of the alphabet...
Anyway. The problem is still not resolved. If you have any more ideas, please don't hesitate, I'm open to suggestions!
Thank you.
