Good evening! Today around 7 PM I received a phone call and the ringtone was so short that I couldn't answer it. I only had time to take the phone out of my pocket. I looked and found it strange because the number started with +881 and I wonder which country uses this code. I asked some friends and they don't know either but they think it could be a scam. Can someone help me explain this phenomenon and this call from the strange number? Please.
