Hello,
About 6 months ago I sought your advice regarding my situation with Cetelem, to whom I was vainly requesting a statement of account, and a bailiff had sent a letter without any supporting documents demanding 700 euros that I did not pay as of May 2014. Many letters with acknowledgment of receipt were sent by me without response. Then complete silence.
Today I receive a text message from Code Active??? mandated by Neuilly contentieux for Cetelem asking to call the urgent number etc., etc.
As one of our CCM advisers recommended doing nothing, precisely now what should I do?
