Lenovo laptop locked PIN no longer available

I just bought a Lenovo laptop. I installed Microsoft Office. When I turned it back on, it showed me "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change in security settings on this device. You can reconfigure your PIN by going to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options." But the problem is, I only have a black screen with a wallpaper and this message; I can't access anything else.     Good evening, I have also purchased the Lenovo 330S yesterday and it's stuck today. I have the same problem but I can't connect directly with my Windows password because it asks for the pin code right away and tells me that it is unavailable. What should I do? I cannot access the settings.
