Hello/Good evening, I have a problem with my Dell computer since yesterday. Let me explain, hoping you can help me.
My computer goes into sleep mode normally, but when I wake it up, a blue screen appears with the message
"*** STOP: 0x00000074 (0,0000000000000002, 0xFFFFF88005FBB9E0" etc. ...
Collecting data for crash dump...
Initializing disk for crash dump ...
Beginning dump of physical memory.
Dumping physical memory to disk : 100
Physical memory dump complete.

So after this blue screen, I turn off the computer with the button and restart it.
Once restarted, I am on Windows error recovery.

And there is the option "launch system restart tool (recommended)"
I launch it, and once started, a pop-up appears saying "Startup Repair"
I click on "restore".
Then a pop-up appears after the restoration attempt, saying "StartRep.exe - Application Error".
The instruction at 0xfb3dca5b refers to memory address 0x05c9c37a.
Memory cannot be 'read'.
Click OK to terminate the program.
I click OK, and several options are offered to me:

Startup Recovery
System Restore
System Image Recovery
Windows Memory Diagnostic
Command Prompt
Dell backup and recovery

I have tried several of these options, but nothing has changed.
Even if I restart my computer, nothing changes.
Always this Windows error recovery ...
I cannot access my Windows account.
I took more than an hour to write this message ...
Hoping you find a solution to my problem.
Thank you in advance ...

    Hello,

System Restore allows you to return to a previous point.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to use Dell backup and recovery.
This allows you to initiate a factory restore (reset).
    You risk losing data.

See these links for data recovery:

Make backups in the future, especially since it could be a hardware issue.

Hello, the system restoration hasn't changed anything due to the error message "0xfb3dca5b employs memory address 0x05c9c37a.
Memory cannot be in 'read' state."

I launched Dell backup and recovery, it finished everything and they told me to restart my PC, I restarted it and it's still the same with "launch the system restart tool (recommended)," but now when I run the analysis it says "Windows cannot automatically repair this computer."
I click on "Finish," and my computer shuts down.
When I restart it, it's still the same, except that now, as soon as I run the analysis and it tells me to click on Finish, it shuts down.
No more options like all of them with:

      Startup recovery
      System restore
      System image recovery
      Windows memory diagnostic
      Command prompt
      Dell backup and recovery

There's just a repair scan, and when it's done, it shuts down, and it's still the same...
      What should I do?

      Hello again.
I did an analysis with "Dell backup and recovery" again and this time it worked, yes!
      So Windows is reinstalling.
Right after that, I installed Recuva from Piriform to recover the files as you mentioned, hoping it works.
If it doesn't work, too bad... but at least I have new access to the computer.
I will keep you posted if I manage to recover them.
      Best regards.
