Orange messaging

Solved

For several days, my ORANGE messaging has been really slow. Every time I click, I wait at least 2 minutes, if not more. It's not my computer because when I go on Google or elsewhere, I have no problem; it's instantaneous. I tried using Mozilla to go to the Orange portal and access my messaging, and it's the same.
Has anyone encountered this problem and managed to solve it?
Thank you for your help.

It's become almost impossible to open your inbox; we need to go back to the old layout.

Try disabling "Net Guard":

Open your McAfee software.
Select Web and Email Protection.
Select Firewall.
Select Net Guard.
Enable or disable Net Guard by clicking on the checkbox to Enable Net Guard (recommended).

I have been trying for 2 days to do what you indicated, but I can't find what you mentioned when going to my ESET NOD 32 antivirus. Moreover, I have done quite a few things, disk cleanup
(among others), and this slowness only persists in my Orange messaging.

Hello,

I don't understand,

you say you have: McAfee
and now, Nod32

Do you have both?

Best regards

Well yes, I got confused. I have to say that when I scroll to my right
I see McAfee Security Scan Plus, but it's true that I regularly pay for my ESET NOD 32 subscription; I will have to do it in July 2019. I went on ESET and I ran a full scan, and there is nothing abnormal.

You absolutely need to uninstall McAfee; you have 2 antivirus programs, and it's strongly discouraged.

Actually, every day, every time I open my computer, the McAfee window opens and asks me to run a scan, and I realized that it's to push me to take the subscription.
So, I do have ESET NOD32.

Here, I have uninstalled McAfee.
Thank you, I will check my Orange inbox to see if it's faster and I'll get back to you.

Hello, I also have Orange and have noticed the same extremely slow problem for the past 2 or 3 days

On the other hand, I'm not keen on the idea of disabling my antivirus protection (Avast) since I've recently been receiving dumb and threatening emails (see forums started on this subject) from my own email address. I don't want to take any risks.

I think it's coming from Orange, but trying to reach someone effective at 3900 is a hassle!

I contacted the person who takes care of my IT and he told me that he disables the IPV6 protocol when this happens.
I sent him a message to ask for the procedure to perform.
What I don't understand is that there is another person at my place who uses a laptop (mine is a desktop PC) and this person does not encounter this problem. We only have one Orange/Sosh box. It makes no sense!

Here you go, it seems to work better now. I received the procedure from the person who sold me my PC.
I had to uncheck Internet Protocol version 6 through the "Network and Sharing Center" window.
I will see later if it doesn't come back.
Thank you, all of you, for your help.

Hello noma.33,

What is this sentence that isn’t even a question doing on a closed topic that dates back to February?

Don’t you think creating a new topic and providing a bit of detail would be more effective?

The only response I can give you with so much explanation on your part regarding your context is "for me, it’s possible!"
