Orange messaging
Solved

For several days, my ORANGE messaging has been really slow. Every time I click, I wait at least 2 minutes, if not more. It's not my computer because when I go on Google or elsewhere, I have no problem; it's instantaneous. I tried using Mozilla to go to the Orange portal and access my messaging, and it's the same.
Has anyone encountered this problem and managed to solve it?
Thank you for your help.

Try disabling "Net Guard":
Open your McAfee software.
Select Web and Email Protection.
Select Firewall.
Select Net Guard.
Enable or disable Net Guard by clicking on the checkbox to Enable Net Guard (recommended).

Hello,
I don't understand,
you say you have: McAfee
and now, Nod32
Do you have both?
Best regards

Hello, I also have Orange and have noticed the same extremely slow problem for the past 2 or 3 days
On the other hand, I'm not keen on the idea of disabling my antivirus protection (Avast) since I've recently been receiving dumb and threatening emails (see forums started on this subject) from my own email address. I don't want to take any risks.
I think it's coming from Orange, but trying to reach someone effective at 3900 is a hassle!

I contacted the person who takes care of my IT and he told me that he disables the IPV6 protocol when this happens.
I sent him a message to ask for the procedure to perform.
What I don't understand is that there is another person at my place who uses a laptop (mine is a desktop PC) and this person does not encounter this problem. We only have one Orange/Sosh box. It makes no sense!

Hello noma.33,
What is this sentence that isn’t even a question doing on a closed topic that dates back to February?
Don’t you think creating a new topic and providing a bit of detail would be more effective?
The only response I can give you with so much explanation on your part regarding your context is "for me, it’s possible!"
