After searching for a good hour on the web, I can't find a solution to my problem...

When I listen to a voicemail, the sound plays as if I were making a call (from the top speaker), so the sound is very low. I'd like it to come out of the main speaker so I can hear the voicemail without having to press my ear to the device...

Hi, when you are on your voicemail, look at your screen, you should have the icon of a speaker or an options menu (icon with 3 bars or 3 dots). Press on it and you will certainly find an option to activate the speaker.

I logged in but I can no longer recover the account that posted the message. Anyway.
The problem is that it's not the phone messaging but on Snapchat (voicemail messages).

(my phone was purchased 23 days ago, a Samsung A22), and my visit to the store, and the "volume" settings, haven't changed anything...
