Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
Is this TV new?

It's just blue, that's all

Nothing is connected to the One Connect box

Anyway, the box turns off the DVD or the box directly

with the box the image goes off and comes back on

I went to 3 TV stores to test the optical cable + box to rule out possible failure
