Hello, I have a three-phase network 380/220 and I would like to know if I can use single-phase powerline adapters. Do I need to be on the same phase + neutral?
Thank you

Hello,
You can use powerline adapters on a three-phase network, as long as they are on the same phase. (The neutral is common to all 3 phases.)
Therefore, you need to identify the phases and possibly modify the connections at the electrical panel. Be sure to call an electrician.
The best solution is to couple the phases using capacitors. The capacitors will allow the high frequencies of the signal transmitted by the powerline adapters to pass from one phase wire to another while blocking the 50 Hz.
Don't attempt to do this yourself: Buy a phase coupler. The coupler is placed in the electrical panel after the circuit breakers:

And once again, if you are unsure, call a professional.
