Hello,
my question: -are powerline adapters suitable for three-phase domestic electricity distribution? Or should I look for another cause for my powerline kit installation failure? Thank you for being direct and Happy New Year.
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi, it's completely normal for powerline adapters not to work on a three-phase installation.
In fact, you have a 1 in 3 chance that the two 230V sockets are on the same phase.
The solution is to add phase couplers (capacitors) to the main distribution board.
Be careful,
Equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician.

In addition, I specify that better performance is achieved with three-phase electrical installations using a "three-phase BPL phase coupler-injector," compatible notably with devolo 500 AVpro UNI equipment that features an F connector. These dual CPL/BPL phase couplers are suitable for frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz.
Be careful with the model of phase coupler used for low-speed CPL, as the operating frequencies are much lower and therefore inappropriate. -
