Screen only displays halfway

My image - even my wallpaper - is only half displayed... I must have made a wrong move and can no longer have a full image on the whole screen. All my icons are concentrated in the upper half of the screen, and my wallpaper is only showing in the upper part.

    is it a desktop or a laptop?
    Otherwise, you need to readjust your screen: right-click, display settings, and select the recommended resolution
    If it’s the screen, there’s a menu where you can enlarge the vertical size.

      It's a laptop. I tried adjusting the display settings and selected the recommended resolution... unfortunately, it's still the same!!!!!!!!!! In fact, it's as if my screen has been stretched in width at the expense of height..!!!

      It's an Intel card but I don't have any icons for the display.
