Black Screen Continental Edison

Hello,
I activated eco mode on my Continental Edison cedled032ml3 TV. After a while, the screen went black and the sound was still working, so I turned it off and back on, but I have no access to the menu as if the remote control was locked. I don't know what else to try.
Has this happened to anyone before?
And how can I resolve this issue?

    Good evening and welcome to the forum,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and then plug them back in.

      Thank you, but it didn't work; the sound is present, I can see the screen with the flash of my phone, but I can't get the image.
