Hello.
I have been using Office 2013 for 3 years without any problems. For the past 2 weeks, when I open my Word, I receive a message from the Microsoft Office Activation Assistant telling me that this copy of Microsoft is not activated.
A friend bought this key online and installed it on my computer, and now he no longer has this key. He says that maybe a Microsoft update has deactivated this key???
What should I do, and where can I find this activation assistant?

Hello jumulka.
I followed your advice and was able to identify my product key. Well done for that.
It's Microsoft Office that is not activated. There's an error code with my message: 0x4004F00D
When I open Office to install the key, I get the message: This product does not have a license, please contact your business network or administrator.
I tried logging in with my Microsoft account and it says that this account is not associated with this Office product, and the same for my husband's account.
I tried repairing Office in the control panel and I get the message that the installer cannot find: ProPlus.ww/ProPSWW.cab. I am asked to specify a valid installation source and when I click on one, it's invalid.
What more can I do??? I'm discouraged
