Dual boot Windows/Ubuntu : Coincée en mode Legacy

Bonjour,
J'ai voulu faire un dual boot Windows 10/Ubuntu, j'ai suivi le tuto de crabeinfo.net.
J'ai eu un moment d'inattention et j'ai désactivé le secure boot avant d'installer Ubuntu.
J'ai redémarré mon PC et je ne peux lancer ni Windows ni Ubuntu.
Comment je peux relancer Windows ?

Depuis le LiveCD ou live USB d'installation, fais un rapport boot-info :
