Acer Aspire V5-431 keyboard issue u=4 i=5 p=* ...

Hello everyone
Actually, I have installed Windows 8.1 on my Acer V5 - 431 PC, but when typing documents, certain keys return different characters... notably:
uiop = 456*
jklö = 123-
m,.- = 0,,+
and the combination with shift does nothing

Moreover, I can't find the option to download a keyboard driver for this issue
KEYBOARD TYPE: QWERTZ German

Please help me..... :-(

    Wow, thanks! By rummaging around a bit, I pressed the combination fn + f12 or fn + f11, I don’t remember which one worked, and the problem is solved!!
