I might have this result: total files (an application I'm not familiar with).

Safari => Clear browsing data (Settings => Safari); a full restart.

An application => Uninstallation (backup if necessary; since iOS 11 there are temporary uninstallations: Settings => General => iPad Storage); a full restart and then reinstallation.
