Why does the Totale files app block downloads on YouTube?

Hello,
There is an app called Totale Files on the AppStore that allows you to download music from YouTube. After some time, I updated my iPhone to iOS 12, and then a little while later, when I went back to the app and tried to download from YouTube, it said "download blocked, you can no longer download via YouTube," etc. If someone could help, thanks!

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

This comes from the application itself. Since YouTube no longer allows video downloads, the download has been blocked.
