I found a part for my vehicle on a website (it's the only place I found it).
I don't know it at all and I don't know if it's reliable, it's https://www.b-parts.com/fr/

Have you ever used this platform? Are they serious?

    I just went through them and I do not recommend them at all. Incomplete part and customer service that keeps you waiting for 3 weeks to ultimately do nothing.

    First order and problem

    I placed an order, was charged €62, and three days later I was told that the item was unavailable, but another one was available for over €220

    And they offered me to pay the difference

    This is a huge scam for me; this site should be avoided, even their refund proposal

    Do not buy from this site

    The site in question has just been acquired by PSA. Proof that it is a trustworthy site. For your information, it is a Portuguese company based in Porto.

    After 15 emails in 7 months to the sales department regarding a malfunction on the site at the time of payment, the refusal of a refund is communicated!!!
    No respect for the customer, we are on the verge of organized fraud.
    Avoid this site at all costs, you risk paying for the same item twice and you will be treated with exceptional bad faith.

    This place is rubbish, I ordered a gas can and they sent me a diesel can, and returning it is a hassle, I feel like I'm talking to a wall, I do not recommend.
