The "exclamation mark" key is not working.

Hello,
I have been having a problem for a few days with the exclamation mark key.
I don't remember where I read that pressing the shift key 5 or 6 times would help it work again, but it only works very rarely (exclamation mark) :)
Is there another more effective trick that could make it work again?

    Good evening,
    Otherwise, the simplest way on the keyboard is with the following combination:
    hold down the Alt key and then press 3 twice quickly (on the numeric keypad).

    The enemy is stupid: he thinks we are the enemy when it is actually him!
