The question mark located on the right (at the top) next to the ESC key does not serve to make question marks on the keyboard, but it serves to open a help window for using the PC for example...

" Windows Key + ? " ( next to the ESC key )..

• the inscription in the bottom left of the key appears in lowercase
• the inscription in the top left of the key appears in uppercase
