Hello. I have an Elgato video capture device. It seems that I am properly connected, but I receive the message NO SIGNAL on my computer. The video plays on my TV but not on my computer. The white, red, and yellow plugs are connected to their respective colors. Where could my mistake be? I have Windows 10. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am not familiar with your equipment. I would like to point out that your box should come with software on a DVD to install. The transfer happens in real-time. If it doesn't work, check on YouTube for tutorials that might help you.
