Hello

Following the purchase of the television and after connecting it, I started the installation and it didn't work, and now the TV displays the message "empty database" on the screen. I went into the menus to reset the settings, which worked, and the TV displays OK, then automatic channel search, but still nothing ????

    If the antenna has already been effective with another TV, and if this set is new, it has a problem and needs to be returned to the store (bathtub curve)
