Hello, my Proline TV is stuck on "Please Insert USB," which means "please insert a USB stick," but I want to switch to HDMI1 using the buttons on the bottom right-left, but it doesn't work! I have a Philips remote control, but I can't connect it to my TV (Proline). Can you please help me?????????????????????????????????

    Good evening,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If there’s no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      No, I don't have access to the menu. And I don't have a remote control. The buttons on the bottom right don't change anything.

    Without a remote control, the possibilities are limited.
    Find a compatible remote control.

    A Google search for "Proline TV remote" will give you options.

      Honestly, I've tried everything: connecting my Philips remote, inserting a USB key, attempting a workaround with the buttons at the bottom right.

    Hello, I just had the same problem. You need to press the source button on your remote control and select HDMI.
