Hello,
Could someone please help me? I managed to download the data stored on Snap (history, friends, location...) but when I open the files they are in HTML and I can't see anything. What I mean is that all the data is there, but for example, if I want to look at what I sent a few weeks ago in video, it notes the date and time next to the video but I can't watch it. My question is how can I access it knowing that it's an HTML file?

Hello,

Files, images, videos.... are stored on their servers.... Having "save as" in HTML format will not allow you to "download" them. You have only saved the "raw" data of the page (namely, the text only and the HTML formatting data)
