Hello,

I just bought a TOSHIBA television, model 43V5863DG, and I'm experiencing a problem with it.

The channels are not in the correct order; how can I rearrange them?

I tried a process: menu -> TV -> Channels -> Edit -> Move -> I enter the number of the new channel

And my problem occurs: a banner appears with the message "operation not authorized." What should I do?

    Hello and welcome to the forum

    You need to activate the LCN (Logical Channel Numbering in French numérotation logique des chaines)
